NBA Odds: Sixers-Celtics in Atlantic Showdown One of these days, Joel Embiid will be back on the court for the Philadelphia 76ers. That day could be Saturday; the 76ers will enter the Garden to face the Boston Celtics, in the last of the four regular-season games for these Atlantic Division rivals. Tip-off is at 8:30 PM ET on ABC.

Embiid has missed the last nine games for the Sixers (30-17 SU, 20-23-4 ATS) with a torn ligament in his left hand. He’s close to returning; the All-Star center was listed as questionable for Tuesday’s game against the visiting Golden State Warriors. Philadelphia has gone 6-3 SU and 5-4 ATS during Embiid’s latest absence, which began with a 109-98 win over Boston (PK away) on January 9. The Celtics (30-15 SU, 26-17-2 ATS) dropped their other two games against Philly SU and ATS, but they still find themselves a game ahead of the Sixers in the Atlantic. They also have some injury problems of their own with Jayson Tatum (strained groin), Marcus Smart (sprained ankle) and Enes Kanter (contused right hip) listed as day-to-day. Kanter has already been ruled out for Tuesday’s road game against the Miami Heat but could face the Warriors at home on Thursday.
