NBA Odds: Suns-Bucks on Super Bowl Sunday Before the Big Game kicks off this Sunday, the NBA will sneak in four games of their own, including the first-place Milwaukee Bucks (41-6 SU, 26-21 ATS) hosting the plucky Phoenix Suns (20-27 SU, 24-22-1 ATS) at 2 PM ET. The Bucks have lost just once since Christmas Day; the Suns are 6-4 SU and 4-6 ATS in their last 10 on the road.

Milwaukee’s hot streak has owner Marc Lasry wringing his hands with glee. Lasry says he was advised by Michael Jordan to resist the temptation to chase down 70 regular-season wins (which Jordan’s Chicago Bulls achieved in 1995-96) and focus on winning the title; however, Lasry told Jordan he wants the Bucks to do both. Mike Budenholzer has twice won 60 games (2014-15 Atlanta Hawks, then last year’s Bucks), taking Coach of the Year honors both times, but has yet to win a championship. The Suns, meanwhile, are creeping back into the Western Conference playoff hunt after their painful eight-game losing streak in December. That happened before the No. 1 overall pick in 2018, Deandre Ayton, came back from his sprained right ankle; Phoenix has gone 8-7 SU and 7-8 ATS since Ayton’s return.
