Patriots-Texans on Sunday Night Football After dusting off the Dallas Cowboys in Week 12, the New England Patriots (10-1 SU, 7-4 ATS) will face another division leader this Sunday night when they visit the Houston Texans (7-4 SU, 6-5 ATS), starting at 8:20 PM ET on NBC. While the Patriots continue to run rampant in the AFC East, they’ve gotten diminishing marginal returns from 42-year-old QB Tom Brady, leaving their league-best defense to pick up the slack. They have the Under at 8-3 this year and have failed to cover two of their last three games, including last week’s 13-9 win over Dallas (+6 away). The Texans (Under 7-4), meanwhile, have a one-game lead in the AFC South, thanks in large part to Pro Bowl candidate Deshaun Watson and his work at quarterback. Watson has slipped out of the MVP race in recent weeks, though, especially after Houston’s 41-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens (–4 at home) in Week 11. And while the Texans are 4-1 SU at home this year, they’re also 1-4 ATS, winning three of their games by three points or fewer.
